Director's Dealings

The Company received notification on 9 December 2009 that on the same day, Andrew Grant, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, sold 3,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("the Shares") at an average price of 170.25p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Grant's total interest in the Company is 6,972,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 66.4 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares. Mr Grant also has options over 350,000 ordinary shares.
