Hightex Group PLC27 April 2007 27 April 2007 Hightex Group plc ("Hightex" or the "Company") Directors' Shareholding Hightex announces that it has been informed that Charles DesForges, Chairman,acquired a total of 125,000 shares in Hightex, of which 25,000 were acquired on26 April at 9 pence per share and 100,000 were acquired today at 8.5 pence pershare. These purchases have increased his total shareholding to 450,850 shares,representing 0.38% of its issued share capital. The Company has also been informed that on 26 April 2007, CharlesSebag-Montefiore, Non-Executive Director, acquired 60,000 shares in Hightex at8.5 pence per share, increasing his total shareholding to 362,500 shares,representing 0.30% of its issued share capital.
