Berkeley Mineral Resources Plc, announces that it has been informed that Mark Wainwright, a Director of the Company, purchased ordinary shares in the Company today.

Mr Mark Wainwright purchased 850,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 1.26 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Wainwright will hold a total of 2,280,648 shares in BMR representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
