Director's Dealings
The Board of Solo has been informed today that Neil Ritson, Executive Director, has purchased a further 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company at an average price of 0.175p per share. This purchase takes Mr Ritson's total holding to 33,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.717% of the Company's total issued share capital.
In addition, Mr Ritson holds 66.5 million options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 0.5 pence per share that expire on 31 December 2020.
