Directors' dealings

The Company announces that it has received notification today that on 15 June 2011 Mr. Malcolm Pearce, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr. Pearce is interested in 662,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 1.05 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
