Director's Dealings

The Company today received notification that on the same day, Andrew Grant, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 2,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("the Shares") at a price of 172p per share to his SIPP. Following this transaction, Mr Grant's total interest in the Company remains unchanged, that is 6,972,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 66.4 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares. Mr Grant also has options over 350,000 ordinary shares.
