21 May 2007 PLUS Markets Group plc Directors' dealings

PLUS Markets Group plc ("the Company") was notified on 18 May that Ian Salter, a non-executive director of the Company, had on that day purchased 142,858 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 24.75p per ordinary share. His total holding is now 500,001 shares representing 0.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company was notified on 18 May that Stephen Allcock, a non-executive director of the Company, had on that day purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 25p per ordinary share. His total holding is now 1,442,857 shares representing 0.46 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company's issued share capital is 313,884,130* ordinary shares.

* - includes 700,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 23 May 2007
