MHP S.A. (LSE: MHPC) ("MHP" or "The Company") announces that on 03 December 2014 it received notification that on that day, Philippe Lamarche, Non-executive director purchased a total of 5,000 GDRs in the Company at a price of US$10.70 per GDR.
The beneficial interest of Philippe Lamarche is 20,000 GDRs now and represents 0.018% of the total issued GDR-share capital of the Company.
