Bracknell, UK - 10 October 2014: Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), the international consumer products group addressing the self-care needs of the ageing population, has been notified that Mr. Gianluca Braguti, an executive director, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 7 October 2014 at a price of 95p per share, and 4,000 Ordinary Shares on 9 October 2014 at a price of 100p per share.

Following this purchase Mr. Braguti's shareholding in the Company totals 6,932,602 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.2% of the issued share capital in the Company.
