Director's Dealings: Data Correction
MHP S.A. (LSE: MHPC) ("MHP" or "The Company") announces that on 02 September 2014 it received notification that on that day, Philippe Lamarche, Non-executive director purchased a total of 5,000 GDRs in the Company at a price of $11.50 per GDR.
The beneficial interest of Philippe Lamarche is 15,000 GDRs now and represents 0.014% of the total outstanding shares of the Company.
