The Company announces that Trevor Brown, a director of the Company, through Free Association Books Limited, a company associated with him, has today acquired 265,701 shares from Andrew Burton, also a director of the Company, at a price of 7.5p per share.
Following the transaction, each of Mr Brown's and Mr Burton's holdings is as follows:
