MHP S.A. (LSE: MHPC) ("MHP" or "The Company") announces that on 26 July 2012 the Company received notification that on that day, Mr. Philippe Lamarche, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 3,000 GDRs in the Company at a price of $12.12 per GDR.
The beneficial interest of Mr. Philippe Lamarche is 3,000 GDRs now and represents 0.0028% of the total outstanding GDR-share capital of the Company.
