Director's Dealings
The Company received notification today that on the same day, Andrew Grant, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("the Shares") at 131.5p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Grant's total interest in the Company is 6,979,460 ordinary shares, representing approximately 66.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares. Mr Grant also has options over 350,000 ordinary shares.
