Directors' Dealings

Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was today notified by Susan Searle, Chief Executive Officer, that she has today transferred at a nominal price options to acquire 482,787 Ordinary Shares in Imperial Innovations with an exercise price of 3 and 1/33 pence per Ordinary Share, to RBC cees Trustee Limited, the trustee of the Group's Employee Benefit Trust (the Trustee).

Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was today notified by Martin Knight, Chairman, that he has today transferred at a nominal price options to acquire 482,787 Ordinary Shares in Imperial Innovations with an exercise price of 3 and 1/33 pence per Ordinary Share, to the Trustee.

Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was today notified by Julian Smith, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, that he has today transferred at a nominal price options to acquire 193,115 Ordinary Shares in Imperial Innovations with an exercise price of 3 and 1/33 pence per Ordinary Share, to the Trustee.

Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was today notified by Russ Cummings, Chief Investment Officer, that he has today transferred at a nominal price options to acquire 68,500 Ordinary Shares in Imperial Innovations with an exercise price of 3 and 1/33 pence per Ordinary Share, to the Trustee.

All of the above follow the Group's decision, described in the Directors' Remuneration Report and in the Directors' Report of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2009, to ask the Trustee to purchase options over Ordinary Shares in Imperial Innovations held by the above individuals granted under the Group's Long Term Incentive Plan.
