Director's Dealing

Zambeef, the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that Carl Irwin, Director of Strategy and Development, purchased 85,000 ordinary shares of ZMW0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34 pence per Ordinary Share, on 27 November 2013, through Tajar Limited ("Tajar"), a company of which he is the beneficial owner, (the "Share Purchase"). Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Irwin is interested in 4,411,445 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.78 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
