Kryso Resources plc (`Kryso' or `the Company') was notified on Friday 9 October 2009 that on the same day Craig Brown, Finance Director, transferred his interest in Westrock Resources Limited, which holds 7 million ordinary shares in the Company (4.58%), to members of his family to be held in discretionary trust.
