DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or the "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that it was notified on Wednesday 9 December 2015 that Nigel Hamway, Chairman, bought 15,200 ordinary 5p shares at a price of 175.39 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Hamway's notifiable holding is 999,700 ordinary shares, representing 1.21% of the total voting rights.
