DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Company has been notified today that Ken Lever, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, became interested in 3,330 Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 April 2016. This was following a purchase of 3,330 Ordinary Shares by his wife, at a price of 749p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Lever is interested in 3,330 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
