China Chaintek United Co., Ltd (AIM: CTEK), the provider of logistics services to manufacturers of consumer goods in China, announces that William Knight (Non-Executive Chairman) has today purchased 2,305 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 86 pence per Ordinary Share.

Mr Knight is now interested in 11,250 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.197% of the issued share capital of the Company.
