Mulberry Group plc ("Mulberry" or the "Company") was notified on 11 March 2011 that on the previous day Robin Gibson, a Non-Executive Director of Mulberry, disposed of 5,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,200 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above transaction, Robin Gibson now owns 5,029 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
