Director's Dealing & Grant of Options

As outlined in the Admission Document to shareholders dated 4 January 2016 in connection with the Company's reverse acquisition of CORETX Limited (formerly Selection Services Investments Limited), CORETX Holdings plc (formerly Castle Street Investments plc) announces that on 4th May 2016 it has granted share options over 666,666 Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each ("Options) to Chairman, Jonathan Watts.

The options can be exercised after the third anniversary of the date of the acquisition, for a period of a further two years, subject to share performance criteria based on the growth in the market capitalisation of the company, taking into account dividends and capital returns if any, and will have an exercise price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share.

Jonathan Watts currently owns 83,330 Ordinary Shares in CORETX, representing 0.04% of the Company's current issued share capital.
