Hygea VCT plc announces that on 23 September 2009, AXA Self-Invested Pension Plan on behalf of Mr John Hustler, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at a cost of 59 pence per share. Mr Hustler is now interested in 77,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.95% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
