Director's Dealing

Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated agribusiness with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that it has received notification that Rhodora Limited, a trust of which Adam Fleming, a Non-Executive Director of the Group is a beneficiary, on 22 December 2015, purchased 6,200,000 ordinary shares of ZMW0.01 each in Zambeef ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 7.975 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Mr Fleming now has a total direct and indirect shareholding in Zambeef of 15,379,180 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Group.
