Manolete, the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, announces that Mena Halton, its Chief Executive Officer, yesterday exercised options over 175,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In order to satisfy the tax arising on exercise, the exercise price and the associated trading commissions she has today sold 108,305 Ordinary Shares at a price of 38p and will retain the balance of 66,695 Ordinary Shares. As a result of the transaction Mena Halton is now interested in 627,939 Ordinary Shares representing 1.43 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Application has been made for the 175,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that trading in them will commence on 6 July 2026.
Following this issue of Ordinary Shares the Company will have 43,985,966 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. This figure of 43,985,966 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Company or its Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
