Volvere PLC12 May 2006 Volvere plc 12 May 2006 The Company announces that it was advised today that Chiltern Trust CompanyLimited ('Chiltern') transferred on 5 May 2006 its entire shareholding of250,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.0000001 each, representing 6.6% of the issuedordinary share capital of the Company, to Brewin Nominees (Channel Islands)Limited ("Brewin"). Both Chiltern and Brewin are acting as nominees for theTrustees of a trust called the Ashley Grandchildren's 2003 Settlement ('theSettlement'). Neil Ashley, a director of the Company, is a Trustee of theSettlement. In addition, Chiltern has transferred its holdings of 1,250 A Shares of£0.49999995 each and 1,250 B Shares of £0.49999995 each to Brewin. Neither ofthese classes of share capital is traded on AIM.
