Director's dealing

The Company announces that it was informed on 4 January 2010 that Ronald Duncan and Lyn Duncan,  Directors of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares on 4 January 2010 at a price of 1.4 p per Ordinary Share. Prior to this purchase, Ronald and Lyn Duncan and associated family's holding in the Company amounted to 18,603,276 Ordinary Shares, representing 32.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.  Following the purchase, this interest will increase to 18,653,276 Ordinary Shares representing 32.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
