The Company announces that on 1 April 2012, David Rough is stepping down as the Senior Independent Director and is being replaced by Kevin O'Byrne, independent Non-executive Director.
David Rough will remain as an independent Non-executive director and will continue on the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
This announcement is made in accordance with LR9.6.11 (3).
