Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

The Company has been notified that:

-on 1st April 2015 Michael Ziff sold 50,000 shares at 301.5p per share

-on 1st April Michael Ziff gifted 30,000 shares to his children

-on 24th March 2015 Duncan Syers, Finance Director, completed the acquisition of 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 275 pence per Ordinary Share. The purchase was an off-market transaction agreed on 24th December 2014.

As a result of these transactions, Michael Ziff holds beneficially 3,171,513 shares comprising 6.0% (non-beneficial ownership 12,954,352 comprising 24.4%) and Duncan Syers holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital of 53,161,950 shares.

Notification of the above transaction is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
