Zotefoams PLC20 April 2006 Zotefoams plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Company was notified today that Dr Fairservice, the Company's Chairman,bought 9,280 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19April 2006 at a price of 85p per Ordinary Share.
