K3 (AIM: K3C), a multi-disciplinary and complementary group providing specialist advisory services to SMEs, incorporating Business and Company Sales, Restructuring and Insolvency and Tax Advisory services, announces that it has been notified that The Rigby Family Charitable Trust, of which John Rigby, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is a Trustee, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 245 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 June 2022, in order to fund a donation to a local charitable project.
As announced on 7 March 2022, The Rigby Family Charitable Trust was set up with the principal aim of delivering charitable purposes (within the laws of England and Wales) as the Trustees may see fit.
Following this transaction, John Rigby remains interested in 7,597,895 Ordinary Shares in K3, representing approximately 10.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
