Grant of Warrants
Andes Energia PLC (AIM:AEN; BCBA:AEN), the Latin American energy group, is pleased to announce that as part of his engagement as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 20 July 2012, Andes granted warrants over 500,000 ordinary shares in Andes (the "Warrants") to Mr David Jackson. Subject to the terms of the warrant instrument, the Warrants are exercisable at any time up to July 2017 at an exercise price of 54p per Andes ordinary share.
Apart from the grant of Warrants, David Jackson's interest in the Company share capital remains unchanged and as announced on 17 July 2012.
