DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

 The Board of Daniel Stewart Securities Plc (AIM: DAN), the investment bank offering corporate advisory and institutional stock broking services, has been informed that on 15 January 2013 Mr Peter Shea, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 3,456,680 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.55p per share.

Following the above, Peter Shea is now interested in a total of 55,942,411 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.76 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
