The Company was notified on 4th March 2015 that on 4th March 2015:

· Mr Short sold 3,485 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 370.375p per share;

· A person connected to Mr Short sold 3,485 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 370.375p per share; and

· Mr Short purchased 6,970 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his SIPP at a price of 370.375p per share.

Following these transactions, the total interest held by Mr Short and a person connected to Mr Short in the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 229,958 shares of 20p each representing 0.1777% of the issued share capital of the Company.
