Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that, on 18 March 2015, it received notification from Alex Sulkowski, a Non-Executive Director, that he purchased 20,000 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 217.694 pence per share on 5 March 2015.

As at 19 March 2015, Mr Sulkowski holds an interest in 20,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with 3.1.4(R)(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
