The Company has been notified that during the period 27 March 2013 to 28 March 2013, Alex Bevis, Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Company, acquired 4,765 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 417.1 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bevis' beneficial interest in the Company is 37,502 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
