Crawshaw Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: CRAW), announces that on 10 November 2010 it received notification that, on 4 November 2010, Philip Kanas, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased via his SIPP 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.5p per share.
Following this transaction, Philip Kanas is now beneficially interested in 107,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
