On 28 July 2009 the Company was informed by Juridica Capital Management Limited that on 28 July 2009, pursuant to the Placing completed in April 2009 and as certain incentive payments, it sold or transferred 153,507 shares to certain of its employees as indicated in the table below:

Juridica Capital Management Limited's shareholding in the Company after the above transactions is 1,484,500 shares.
