Leeds Group announces that on 30 January 2012 it was notified that Mrs Linda Wilson, wife of Malcolm Wilson the company secretary to Leeds Group plc, on that day sold 59,990 Ordinary Shares at 18 pence per share. Malcolm Wilson and his family remain interested in 10 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represent less than 0.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
