The Company was informed on 18 December 2008 that Jennifer Wood, a connected party to Alan Wood, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of 5p each at 94p per share on 18 December 2008, representing approximately 0.07% of the total issued share capital of Ceres Power Holdings plc (the "Company").

The total holding in the Company relating to Alan Wood is now 50,000 Shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's total issued share capital.
