The Company was notified on 16 January 2009 that on 12 December 2008 Terry Streeter, Non-executive Director, sold 90,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 93 US cents per share, on 17 December 2008 Mr Streeter sold 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 97 US cents and on 17 October 2008 Mr Streeter sold 129,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 91 US cents per share.

Following these transactions Mr Streeter holds 3,143,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.1% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue.
