The Company was today informed that Paul Hearson, Chairman, purchased 4,400 ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company on 14 November 2008.
The shares were acquired at a price of £6.70 each.
Mr. Hearson now holds 60,980 shares in the Company which represents 0.54% of the
voting rights of the Company.
