Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) the Company has been informed that, on 25 March 2011, Stella Pirie, Non-Executive Director, sold 9,000 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company at 220p per share from her holding in the name of HSBC Invest Direct. At or around the same time, Mrs Pirie purchased via a Self Invested Personal Pension 9,710 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company at 227p per share.The total holding of the aforementioned director in the Company's shares, including the beneficial holding under the SIPP, is therefore 82,710 (0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company).
