Tawa plc ('the Company') has been informed that David Vaughan, an executive director of Tawa plc, has transferred 18,965 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Elizabeth Vaughan, by way of gift transfer. Following the transfer, David Vaughan's beneficial interest in the Company is unchanged at 917,931 ordinary shares representing 0.81% of the Company's issued share capital.
