10 July 2008 Conroy Diamonds and Gold Plc (the "Company") Director's Dealing

The Company announces, following notification on Friday 4 July that on the same day Seamus FitzPatrick, Non-Executive Director, purchased 175,000 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.65 pence per shares, equivalent to 0.166 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.

Following the purchase, Mr FitzPatrick now holds 179,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.169 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
