Tanzanite One Limited19 December 2007 Tanzanite One Limited 19 December 2007 Tanzanite One Limited Directors' purchase of shares in Company Tanzanite One Limited ("TanzaniteOne" or the Company") TanzaniteOne was notified: • on 18th December 2007 that Tomori Enterprises Limited ("Tomori") a party related to Mr. Michael A. P. Adams the Company's Non-Executive Chairman has purchased 50,000 Common Shares in the Company on 17 December 2007 at a price of 60.5 pence per Common Share; and • on 19th December 2007 that Tomori purchased 25,000 Common Shares in the Company on 18 December 2007 at a price of 60.5 pence per Common Share.
