PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that today, Ian Biggs, Chief Operating Officer for the Americas sold 26,777 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), Thomas Philip Acton, Chief Operating Officer for Europe and The Far East sold 8,380 Shares and Steve Amies, Chief Operating Officer for Global Research & Product Development sold 8,380 Shares. All sales were at a price of 709 pence per Share.
Ian Biggs' direct shareholding in the Company stands at 3,375 Shares representing 0.006% of the issued share capital of the Company that is currently 59,563,973 Shares. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 116,490 conditional shares and nil-cost options.
Thomas Philip Acton's direct shareholding stands at 29,484 Shares representing 0.049% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 109,185 conditional shares and nil-cost options.
Steve Amies' direct shareholding stands at 8,380 Shares representing 0.014% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 58,623 conditional shares and nil-cost options.
