The Company was informed on 15 February 2011 that the following acquisition of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") was made on 14 February 2011 by a Director of the Company:
Jeremy Brade purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares at £2.94 per Ordinary Share following which Mr Brade owns 4,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
