aeorema communications plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist focussed on delivering innovative corporate communications solutions, was informed on 16 December 2011 that on 14 December 2011 Mr. Michael Hale, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, through Gailforce Marketing and PR Pty Limited, acting as trustee for The Hale Agency Superannuation Fund, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in cheerful at a price of 12.5p each.

The Hale Agency Superannuation Fund now has an interest in 1,670,000 ordinary shares in cheerful, representing 21.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.
