Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR3.1, IRP Property Investments Limited announces that the following beneficial holding of Ordinary shares of 1p was acquired by Mr Andrew Gulliford, a Director of the Company, on 30 January 2009.

50,000 Ordinary shares at 41.25p representing 0.045% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are registered in the name of Nova Nominees Limited.

Mr Spicer is now the beneficial holder of a total of 75,000 Ordinary shares representing 0.068% of the Company's issued share capital.
