On 5 September 2013 Philip Burks, a Director of the Company, acquired 30,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 155.8p. Following this transaction, the shareholding of Philip and persons connected to him is 163,478 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
